What this website collects

This website is a static site with no database or server-side login that stores anything you type. It uses Microsoft Clarity, a free analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site so we can find and fix pages that are slow or confusing.

Clarity does two things you should know about. It measures behaviour — scroll depth, clicks and page-to-page navigation — and it creates session recordings: a replayable reconstruction of your visit, including the pages you viewed, where you clicked, how far you scrolled and how your mouse or finger moved across the screen. We watch these only to find and fix problems with the site.

Clarity automatically masks the text you type into form fields, so what you enter is not captured in those recordings. It is not used to target ads and it does not sell data.

Clarity sets its own cookies and may process data under Microsoft's Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement). You can block it the same way you'd block any tracker: browser tracking-protection settings or an ad/tracker blocker.

The quote form on the contact page does not send data to this website or to any third-party form service. It assembles the details you enter into a message and hands that message to WhatsApp or to your phone's SMS app. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in that app, and nothing is retained here.

What happens when you contact us

When you call, text or message Carlo's Premium Detail on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us. We use that only to quote and schedule your service.

Those messages are handled by your phone carrier or by WhatsApp under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Hosting

The site is served by a static hosting provider, which keeps standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and reliability. We do not have access to those logs for marketing purposes.

Third-party links

We link to our profiles on Google, Facebook and Instagram. Once you follow one of those links, that platform's privacy policy applies.
